/i/ usually it is written 'ee', 'ea', 'e' alone, 'e' + CV (followed by a consonant and a vowel), or 'e' + Cɇ (followed by a consonant and the vowel not pronounced 'e' ). In unstressed syllables at the end of a word, is often written 'y' or 'ey' .
