Consonant /h/
/h/ it is a fricative consonant with the restriction in the glottis, it is like a vowel but the passage of the air is restricted a little more in this case, the Vowels cords do not vibrate, it is not voiced. The most common writing patterns are 'h', 'wh'. On many occasions it is silent, and notably it is not pronounced in unstressed syllables (Graham, Buckingham and in function words (he /i/, him /ɪm/, her /ɚ/, his /ɪz/, have /əv/, has /əz/, had /əd/) that are not at the beginning of the sentence and are not stressed.
