You can also open the files of your recordings.
Start

In the "Open" Menu select "Read from file ..."

Select the folder where you have placed your recordings.
Just as an example:


And select the file that you are going to analyze with Praat:

Press "View & Edit":
You get the editor window:

The main idea here is that by counting on you, a product of evolution, and a powerful tool like Praat, you can see what you do not listen to and try to reproduce it in the same way as natives of the language you have decided to learn.
